This workshop will introduce you to the creative and playful practice of Dynamic Thai Massage described as “Perpetual Movement Poetry.” You will experience how to integrate rhythmic, rocking, and oscillating movements within your current Thai massage practice on the mat or to incorporate these movements within your table practice. This unique technique utilizes changes of rhythm, fluidity, and continuity to help restore lost mobility and down-regulate the nervous system. It is a beautiful exploration of the water element of the body on dry land; a meditation in movement.

The methods Paul will share in this workshop have been passed down from Ajahn Chaiyuth Priyashith of Thailand to French Osteopath and Thai massage practitioner David Lutt. The result is a playful application of traditional Thai massage. Paul is honored to share this with you in the natural beauty of Breitenbush.

Mask policy: Surgical masks are optional.
